This Privacy Policy explains how Doc Sign Flow (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use our electronic signature service at docsignflow.com.

Information we collect

Account information you provide — your name, email address, and organization. Documents you upload or create, and the signer names and emails you enter. Signing evidence captured automatically during signing, including timestamps, IP addresses, and consent. If you upgrade, our payment provider processes your payment; we receive confirmation of your plan but do not store card or wallet details.

How we use your information

To provide the service — preparing documents, generating signed PDFs, maintaining an audit trail, sending notifications, securing your account, and processing your plan. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your documents to train AI models.

Third parties we rely on

We use trusted providers to operate the service: a database, storage, and authentication provider (Supabase), email delivery, and a payment processor for paid plans. These providers process data only to deliver their part of the service.

Storage, security & retention

Documents are stored in private storage protected by access controls and served only through short-lived, signed links. Completed PDFs are sealed with a SHA-256 hash. On the free plan, documents are retained for 30 days and free accounts inactive for three months have their files removed; paid plans retain documents while the plan is active, with a grace period after a plan ends. You can delete draft documents at any time.

Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal data and account by contacting us. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
