The service

Doc Sign Flow provides electronic signing tools for everyday agreements. We are a software provider and do not provide legal advice. You are responsible for ensuring your documents and your use of electronic signatures comply with applicable law in your jurisdiction.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

You agree not to upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, impersonate others, send spam, attempt to breach the security of the service, or use it to commit fraud. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Plans & payment

The free plan is subject to usage limits (including document and signer limits and data-retention windows). Paid plans unlock higher limits and additional features and are billed through our payment provider. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change plans or pricing with notice.

Your content

You retain all rights to the documents you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and deliver them as part of providing the service.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that a particular signature will be enforceable in a given court. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms. On termination, your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these Terms and will revise the date above when we do.
